I am eternal optimist, passionate about personal development, ICF certified coach and trusted advisor.

Serving institutions and individuals to evolve their organizations and their leaderships has become my focus. I have merged my innate talents for human accompaniment with my rich professional experience to create the DW Success consulting method.

For 20 years, I have been in contact with the fields of regulation, auditing, public and private sector boards of directors, banks and international organizations. I have succeeded in gaining and keeping the trust of my clients. Today I know perfectly their requirements. I have created and developed my structured, pragmatic, efficient and benevolent coaching and consulting method thanks to modern methods of personal accompaniment. My numerous clients testify to my permanent quest for excellence and the quality of my coaching.

Interview with me

Can you tell us a little about yourself?

My name is Draginja, I am married, mother of 2 boys Ivan and Milo, and this little family, my family is my main source of motivation. I love singing and dancing, going out with friends, traveling and discovering the world. When I was 18 years old, I left my native town Belgrade to settle in Geneva where I accomplished all my studies.

The word coach comes from the word coachman which meant to transport a traveler from one point to another. The coach is the guarantor of the journey, he keeps the direction of the course. It’s very telling, isn’t it! The traveler, also has his share of responsibility, he must be ready, invested and he need to accept the journey.
As for everything in life, you have to “feel” it. That’s why the first session is called Chemistry meeting, where you discuss with your coach, you can ask all the questions, you define the coaching objectives, and normally after the session you know if it’s the right person for you. I always recommend certified, experienced coaches who are continuously trained. My standards are very high, I am constantly training myself.
Because at a time in my life when I couldn’t see clearly what the “next step” was in my career, I turned to coaches who helped me a lot and then I wanted to help others. It was my soul job, the one we don’t choose, that finds us.

I am inspired by modern practices, and the tools I use in coaching are partly derived from NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), systemic approaches, leadership and intuition. And I especially developed my own technique that I called “DW self-coaching” and that teaches how to be autonomous and know to use the coaching tools. As you can see, my real satisfaction is to see my clients fly on their own quickly.

I also have my consulting hat, with more than 15 years of experience in the corporate world, I give my strategic vision in different organizational fields. I am also a teacher of project and change management and I train people in coaching. This motivates me enormously; I love to share my experiences and contribute to the development of the profession.

A confidential and comfortable setting, availability and listening, a clear and practical system, a very pragmatic approach and continuous training, a very efficient and joyful process. I am uncompromising on results, I will not give up, nothing will resist us :). I am an eternal optimist; my life experiences have taught me that and that is the truth. That is my truth.
When you are skating, going in circles, not seeing a situation evolve in the direction you would like. To accompany all the changes in our private and professional lives. To move to another level, to give a boost, to put clarity, when relationships are not optimal, or the results while we have the impression to have tried everything. To gain confidence in ourselves, to know ourselves better and discover our leadership, our own light and authenticity … to drop the masks and go deep inside.
We simply know. We don’t need a doctor, because we are not sick, nor do we need a mentor, because it is not really his experience that can help us find our authenticity. Everyone has their own story to tell and their own prize to win, and when we go up the stairs to win the Cesar, it is our speech that the public wants to hear. We know we have all the answers within us and that’s when I pull out my magic wand and begin the hero’s journey.
